Trips and Enrichment
We pride ourselves on the extensive range of experiences and opportunities we offer to enrich the curriculum for our students through off-site activities and educational visits.
Every young person should experience the world beyond the classroom as an essential part of their learning and personal development, whatever their age, ability or circumstances.
At Hailsham Primary, we offer a range of trips and visits from Reception through to Year 6 including local visits residentials.
Throughout the year, our pupils have taken part in visits to:
- Springham Farm
- Hellingly Church
- Fishbourne Place
- Bodium Castle
- Lewes Castle
- Library
- Druscillas
- Herstmonceux
Pupils also take part in school events and competitions, such as our Carol Concert and Primary cluster sports events.
In school opportunities have included a History workshop, Bikeability training and the Chartwells hands on cookery workshop as a prize for winning their Plate Waste project competition.
